Select Your GearWhether you're looking for a car seat for safe transportation, a high chair for meal time, or a sporty beach wagon, we carry a wide library of gear from the industry's trusted, most premium brands. Our goal? To make traveling a little less stressful for you, and a lot more comfortable for your little one. Once you've landed on the gear you need, reserve the items by choosing your desired delivery and pickup dates. We'll confirm availability based on the dates you select.2. Get Ready for DeliveryOur team will drop off your gear on the reserved day and time — straight to your location of choice. We thoroughly inspect, deep clean, and disinfect all gear after each use, ensuring it meets the highest safety and hygiene standards so that you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your little one’s gear is as clean, safe, and as cozy as home.3. Prepare for PickupWhen you're done enjoying your rentals, we'll pick it up at your convenience.

Terms of Service
Terms of Service1. Rental Equipment & Responsibility
The equipment listed for rental is provided solely for temporary use ("Rental Equipment"). The Lessee agrees to maintain the Rental Equipment in good condition and to immediately notify the Lessor of any damage or malfunction. The Lessee is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment or parts that are damaged, lost, or not returned. Such costs will be based on the current repair or replacement prices.All car seats and portable sleep products (such as cribs or pack ‘n plays) provided must be installed and set up by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that any car seat is properly installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and local safety regulations. Island Baby is not responsible for the installation, misuse, or any issues arising from the use of these products.2. Restrictions on Use
The Lessee shall not loan, sublet, sell, mortgage, or otherwise transfer or dispose of the Rental Equipment to any third party without the prior written consent of the Lessor.3. Liability & Indemnification
The Lessee assumes full responsibility for any injuries to persons or damage to property resulting from the use of the Rental Equipment. The Lessor shall not be held liable for any such injuries or damages. The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor against any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, or penalties arising from the operation, handling, transportation, or use of the Rental Equipment during the rental period.4. Payment & Fees
Payment for rental services is required in full prior to delivery. Services include, but are not limited to, rental fees, Value-Added Tax (VAT), and delivery fees. The minimum same-day delivery fee is $30 USD.5. Pickup & Accessibility
The Lessee agrees to ensure that the Rental Equipment is available for pickup at the scheduled time and location. If the Rental Equipment is not accessible at the agreed-upon time, a missed pickup fee of $30 USD will apply. Additional rental fees will be charged for each day the equipment remains inaccessible. To avoid these charges, the Lessee should not lock or obstruct access to the equipment and must notify the Lessor in advance if there are any changes to the pickup arrangements.6. Responsibility for Item Upon Premises Vacated
If the Lessee vacates the premises before the Lessor arrives to collect the Rental Equipment, the Lessee remains responsible for the equipment in case of theft, vandalism, or damage. The Rental Equipment must be left in an accessible, pre-agreed area, and an attendant should be available to facilitate the pickup. The Lessor will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage occurring prior to retrieval of the equipment.7. Cleaning Fees
The Lessee agrees to return the Rental Equipment in a clean condition. In cases where food residue or other difficult-to-remove substances (other than high chairs) are found on the equipment, an additional cleaning fee will apply. The minimum cleaning fee is $25 USD, and fees may increase for excessive soiling. Excessive soiling includes, but is not limited to: gum, bodily fluids, crayons, ink, stickers, food (except for high chairs), sunscreen, or other difficult-to-remove substances.8. Modifications & Cancellations
The Lessee agrees to notify the Lessor of any changes or cancellations to the rental order as soon as possible to avoid additional charges or missed pickup fees. Modifications to the reservation may be accommodated based on availability. The Lessor reserves the right to adjust terms or fees as necessary.Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled rental date. If the Lessee fails to cancel within this timeframe, the full reservation cost will be due and the Lessee will be responsible for the entire rental fee.
